These insulator washers (isolator washers) are designed to replace the OEM 2002-2010 Ford washers. These not only fit like OEM, but also help dampen noise and vibration better than a typical steel washer.
These mount on the bottom side of the bushings on the Ford 8.8 explorer front mounting location(s). This is a thick piece of steel encapsulated rubber that works like a dampener for the front bushings.
I also sell both polyurethane explorer front bushings and OEM rubber style bushings for the IRS explorer 8.8 differential.
