EXCHANGES FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PARTS
Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
A RMA # will be issued at this time.
There will be no restocking fee for an exchange.
The customer will pay all shipping charges.
Product must come back in original manufactures packaging undamaged. I have to be able to resell the parts as new, in original manufacturers box.
EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE PARTS
Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
A RMA # and call tag will be issued to pick up the product.
A replacement part will be sent out as soon as the item is received and inspected for said defect.
We do not expedite any shipping during this process unless the customer pays the additional express shipping charges. Ground shipping service is used by default.
Product must come back in original manufactures packaging undamaged.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
A RMA # will be issued at this time, No returns without a RMA
A refund will only be given after all parts are returned and inspected.
The customer will pay all shipping charges, shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must come back in the original manufactures packaging undamaged and uninstalled. I have to be able to resell the parts as new, unopened box for returns.
CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom orders and special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. A custom order is defined as something we have to modify or do custom work to make the order specific for you. A special order would be something we have to order from a manufacturer that is not normally stocked here in our warehouse. For example, a custom order would be transmission kit with driveshaft specific to your vehicle and offset shifter installed on the transmission before it ships.
