Non contacting rotary position sensor.

This version is optimized for Tilton DBW throttle pedal linkage PN 72-792 and PN 72-794

This is the sensor you need for tilton throttle linkage systems with the throttle pedal found on select Tilton 600-Series, 800-Series and 900-Series pedal assemblies.  Throttle linkage systems are available for use with mechanical linkage or Drive-by-Wire (DBW) systems.  The DBW model is designed for use with Penny & Giles TPS280DP or Variohm Euro XPS family of sensors.

Tilton Electronic Throttle Position Sensors

Tilton's electronic throttle position sensors, designed for Tilton's fly by wire mounting bracket kit. These 0.5-4.5v dual channel throttle position sensors are extremely accurate and fully dust / fluid sealed to IP68. The Variohm 'Fly By Wire' throttle mount sensor is an optional component for use with 72-603, 72-615, 72-616, 72-618, 72-803 and 72-903 three pedal floor mount assemblies.

Sensor features and benefits

  • Contactless technology, long life & impervious to dither vibration
  • Absolute analogue output, no loss of position on power down
  • 90° measuring range, optimized for Tilton throttle pedal setup
  • Dual outputs, redundant output for safety
  • Temperature error less than 50ppm/°C
  • Maximizes system accuracy over temp range
  • Rugged housing and shaft designs, sealed to IP68
